Podcast Transcript: “This podcast is about strategic relocation, because as we have seen with hurricanes Irma and Harvey recently, if you live in the shooting gallery of hurricanes than eventually a hurricane is gonna get you. So, you need to think about where you’re going to live and what risks are associated with that location. Now people have a normalcy bias. They think that the way things are day to day, is the way they’re always going to be. There’s a bias against any kind of catastrophic event ever emerging. That’s why a lot of people couldn’t believe that hurricanes were coming, or that their homes were going to be flooded with 12 feet of water and so on. There’s a normalcy bias, but if you do your research you’ll find that you can avoid many of the catastrophic risks by choosing a strategic location that minimizes those risks.
